Ah… the first day of school…

Is a nightmare… well not exactly, but when you have to take care of elementary schools, and the parents can’t let little Billy ride the bus, it gets pretty annoying. I know it is a special day and all, but at least let your kid ride the bus to school. It is your tax dollars going to waste if you don’t. I love that the district decided to cut a number of stops, and parents complained that their kid will have to walk further. Maybe if you used it to begin with, the county wouldn’t have to cut stops.

In other news, my university decided to screw me over again by deciding not to offer this one class anymore. One of the two I needed to graduate. At least they let me sub in an elective (Yay web development I) but still a pain. One day I will graduate… one day

Rough day…

Man its been a rough day… Found out this morning that one of my favorite web comics will cease to exist after the beginning of the year… (You’ll Have That) I’ve enjoyed it a ton and it relates to life so well… It will be sad to see it go…

Work was ok… took all day to reimage two macs… ugh they take forever…

get home start to prep the mustang for a little paint… got it rubber coated on the bottom, but ran out of time (sunlight) to prime it the rest of the way…

so as I am cleaning up the fiance called to say her car shut down for no apparent reason in the middle of the road… great… so on my way she calls back saying it cranked again and is heading to the closest dealership… I pull in to the dealership and as I am coming around a corner my back tire decides to go flat with a bang… yay me… so as I’m getting my spare on (with no help from the service lane mind you) She’s getting them to take in her car… only there are no technicians… They go home at six even though the service lane itself closes at seven WHAT IDIOCY IS THAT?!?!?! so now I have the spare on, since there are no techs they won’t patch my tire, and start to close up…

I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings when I have to go to my dealership to get a new tire, have then check my sunroof that has been acting up lately, and get an oil change + alignment. whew…

I’m a PC

I’ve been seeing a lot of ads for Microsoft’s I’m a PC campaign… trying to compete against Apples’ I’m a Mac campaign… Mac is going after stereotypes and Microsoft with anyone they can find… They would probably sign up their own grandparents… I just have one thing to say about this… I’m a PC and I’m a Mac… why? Because I have to fix both of them at work… Doesn’t matter who you are, people destroy computers… I have 16 boxes in my office from Apple laptops that I’ve had to ship to them for repair (because they don’t have a parts program like Dell) and on the other hand I’ve had to order more power adaptors from Dell than I can remember…

I’m a PC and a Mac, and both break contrary to popular thought.

ok this weekend’s weather has been rough on me… with the temps going cold to super warm (it was 78 yesterday) My alergies have been killing me, I’ve gotten many a headache, and felt tired all weekend. not fun…. not fun at all…

yay for busy weeks

well this week will be udderly annoying… I have over a hundred printers coming on friday at work, and I have to help other team members this week as well… it will literally be work, school, sleep, repeat… no time in between…. I have a paper, and a test this week too… ugh…
